Enjoy a combination of restorative yoga, massage, and aromatherapy!

De-stress, relax, and recharge with Cassie Love and Erin Bidlake as they whisk you away from the tension of the city. This two-hour restorative practice will be led by Erin as Cassie floats around the room providing hands-on assists and massage. Enjoy the delightful aromatherapy and melt into your poses.

Practicing with this combination promotes: relaxation, detoxification, flexibility, mobility, self-awareness, and feelings of well-being.

Space is limited to 15 participants.

Saturday Satsang: The Yoga of Dying

Satsang means to be in the presence of true people, where sat means truth and sang means assembly or gathering. Satsang is a way to connect with others on the spiritual path. The topic of this month’s satsang is The Yoga of Dying. I will be drawing on my studies in community deathcare and yoga to present on yogic perspectives on dying.

Yoga for the Nervous System

Improve your quality of life by managing your stress and bringing balance to the energy systems of your body. We all have a mechanism in our biology called “fight or flight” response. This occurs when we perceive a threat, and the body gears itself up to defend itself. If we are in a chronic state of worry and stress, we become energy depleted, both in body and mind.

When you learn about the human nervous system, you can better understand how to keep your body and mind in equilibrium. In this program you’ll explore practical, simple, and efficient techniques to restore balance in your life. With these strategies, you’ll better be able to control your response to stress and use your energy wisely. You’ll practice proper breathing, yoga asanas, and mindfulness to bring calmness and joy to your mind, body, and soul.
